We love a good testimonial from one of the top agents in San Francisco, especially when that praise is sent directly to her colleagues. Thanks Marsha!

Feel free to share your testimonial with us too! If we’re not in your area, and you think we should be, please contact us and we can talk about how to make it happen.

If you for some reason can’t see this image and would like to know what was said, here is the testimonial in text.

Hello Fellow [Alain Pinel Realtors] Agents,

I wanted to make sure you were aware of a great resource for getting the word out about your pocket listings. Or, for learning about other agents’ pocket listings that you can share with your clients.

http://www.pocketlistings.net

In this competitive market it’s wise to know about off market listings. PocketListings.net is the brain-child of Alex Clark, who is extremely tech and social media savvy. He has been sharing information about Bay Area real estate for quite sometime. He has an excellent blog: TheFrontSteps.com

I encourage you to sign up at pocketlistings.net so you can keep on top of the market. It’s free and it puts you in the know!

Best Regards,

Marsha Williams

Dear PocketListings.net,

We wanted to thank you for creating a valuable and necessary tool for our industry. We have been members of PocketListings.net for quite some time, have posted properties and buyers needs, and just recently had the pleasure of finding our client’s property and closing the deal.

Our clients are thrilled that we were able to find them a property that was not in the MLS, the transaction closed very smoothly, and we can’t wait to do it again in the future with more clients.

We think that there is great value in pocketlistings.net. It is an amazing idea, well executed, it is simple to use and works. We wish that more agents post their listings on pocketlistings.net.

We thank you for your service.

Sincerely,

Dennis and Anna

Hi Alex,
I just wanted to let you know that I recently sold an important listing of mine through your Pocketlisting.net site. Before listing it this way, I had 52 agents visit the property and give me their opinion of what price this property should be listed at. Using Pocketlising.net, I actually priced it higher than any of the 52 suggestions, and got the price we were hoping for.

My client was very happy, he didn’t have to stage or hold open houses, paint, or even clean up his yard, and we were able to get him the highest possible price with the least amount of stress on his part.
I am totally sold on this avenue of marketing, and encourage many of my clients to go this direction.
I have even been showing your site to other agents and encouraging them to use it as well. It’s a great alternative.

All the best,
Whitney
