Blue Bottle Coffee Is Oh So Close To This Hayes Valley Pocket Listing

September 21, 2011 Leave a comment

There is opportunity knocking in the form of a beautiful Victorian building in Hayes Valley, San Francisco…a stone’s throw from one particular coffee kiosk (Blue Bottle Coffee) that arguably revolutionized coffee in North America forever (If you’re really up on your history it was actually started on the other side of the Bay, but that’s trivial.)

We’ll spare you an entire run down of just how cool this building is, and instead send you directly to the property detail page.

There is another unit with this building, and we’re not sure if/when that will come up for sale separately, but we do know (without a shadow of a doubt) the entire building could be had.

Opportunity To Be On South Park…The Street, Not The Cartoon

September 14, 2011 Leave a comment

We have come across another great opportunity for all of you one bedroom buyers that would love to be in one of San Francisco’s best locations…South Park.

This unit has been marketed off of MLS for a fair bit, and we’re surprised to hear it still available.

Details are here, and the listing agent is here. Make this your new home (or city pied-a-terre) where you can enjoy all the South Park reruns from the comfort of your South Park home.

…and how can you deny yourself such easy access to the American Grilled Cheese Kitchen literally out your door!?

Single Family Home On Collingwood In San Francisco Calling All Dreamers

September 1, 2011 Leave a comment

Technically, it’s Eureka Valley, but for all practical purposes we’re bringing you the opportunity to build your dream home in San Francisco’s Castro District. The current home on the property is liveable, and plans are approved to practically double the size of the existing structure to an “4,112 sq foot home with views from 2 upper levels“. However, there is a catch…when the sun goes down and you have a cocktail party on any one of those view decks, we’re at least invited to restock the cooler. Deal?

219 States Street San Francisco, Off MLS And On PocketListings.net. Agents Getting In The Groove!

August 29, 2011 Leave a comment

It’s nice to see agents are getting in the groove of how and why we have created PocketListings.net. Prior to our site going live, the end or expiration of a listing from MLS, usually meant the end of the agent’s chances of selling it. Alas! We are here, and here to stay.

This property (219 States) in San Francisco was previously listed on the local MLS, but for some reason unbeknownst to us it did not sell there.

It sounds pretty fabulous to us:

Built in 1971 and recently renovated, converted to condominium, [and in a] secluded wooded setting. Property maintains original exterior architectural and landscaped charm with a new feeling inside, completely renovated. Top floor condo features separate living and dining room under soaring 20 foot plus ceilings, private deck, city views and wood burning fireplace along with generous sized bedroom, closets and bathroom on 1st floor. Walk upstairs into the multipurpose loft area, with built in shelving and wet bar adjacent to oversized sunny master suite with plenty of closet space. Bathroom features shower over tub, vaulted ceiling and skylight. Parquet wood floor throughout. 1 car parking and storage. Must see.

Kudos to the agent for using our site to his advantage and extra kudos to the agent that brings him a buyer!

Remember, now that we’re here, just because you don’t see a property on your local “go-to” listing place, doesn’t mean it’s not for sale. Now is the time to get in and negotiate, and get used to using our site.
